I think I could make some extra money promoting and selling bodybuilding supplements and weight loss products, but because of my current occupation/location I can’t carry an inventory or ship products.
I’m looking for a service so I can set up an online store where shoppers can order and pay for products—specifically health products—and they’ll be shipped directly from my supplier. I know this exists out there somewhere but I can’t find it.

Safe Weight Loss Aid W/ Exercise And Diet Plan?

I am about 5′ 10″ 168 lbs, male, age 19. I realize that this isn’t excessively overweight by typical standards but I’m trying to take some steps towards getting into shape by shedding some body fat and building some more muscle.
For the past month or two I’ve been exercising on an average of 2-4 times per week for about 30 minutes total each day and am trying to restrict my caloric intake to less than 1700 per day. I am seeing some results but I’d like to take it a step further if possible.
Are there any safe, all-natural if possible, supplements or drugs I can take that can assist me in either burning calories, building lean muscle, and/or reducing my appetite (I have a pretty big one at times)? I’m well aware of the negative effects that commercial weight loss pills can have, but I don’t want something that will do it all more me, just an AID coupled with my diet and exercise. Are there any changes I should make in my current diet/exercise plan to increase effectiveness? Any help at all is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Weight Loss, Dizziness, Fatigue, Possible Paranoia, Headaches?

Okay, my mother is 53 years old. Never had perfect health, but not THAT bad. She was laid off work 15 months ago, and has since then developed:
Weight loss
Dizziness
Fatigue
She can’t even walk to the other side of the house without becoming excessively dizzy, and short of breath.
She has always had headaches, migraines, but they seem a lot worse lately.
She smokes a lot, as well. Coughing is a regular thing.
Paranoia might also figure into it. She tends to think everyone is talking about her behind her back, bad-mouthing her, or do things, hoping to make her life worse in some way. She over analyzes things, and it’s excessive and un natural.
She’s also lost all sense of responsibility. She hasn’t been working for the past 15 months, but doesn’t try to get a job. She blames it on her bad health, but she qualifies for food stamps and federal aid, but refuses to apply. It’s like she’s thrown her hands up, and said to hell with the world.
I’m thinking, a mix of depression/anxiety, but then I was also thinking Lung Cancer is a possibility, because she’s been smoking for 40 or so years, and has a pretty bad cough.
Any ideas?

Why Has My Weight Loss Slowed Down So Much?

I was 146 pounds when I started, I lost 11 pounds the first month of dieting and working out 5-6 times a week for 2 hours. Its the second month a I gain 1 or 2 pounds. I know it might be muscle and I know the first 11 was probably my water weight, but is there a way I can speed the weight-loss up again? My calorie intake is 1200-1300 and I’ve been eating all natural, unprocessed food and working out burning 1000 calories at the gym. I’m starting to feel really discourage. Can someone give me some suggestions? Thanks
