Well, it might help. It would be hard to eat everything ALL NATURAL though, you should start by just eating more fresh fruits and vegtables, and cook your own meals instead of going out.

Sometimes diet and working out basically is not the be-all and end-all, as there will be excess weight basically lying around in your pipes. It's not body fat, so it cannot be burned off, nevertheless it will be rinsed out, basically by taking a diet supplement. http://croddetrunt.go4beauty.com has a risk free offer offered at the moment, I gave it a whirl and lost seventeen lbs!! Who says there's no magic bullet? LOL!!!

ABsolutely yes, as long as you don't eat too much!
Most Processed foods are a big cause of ppl's weight issues. Some are good, but most arnt. Processed foods are basically: Anything that comes in can or a box. If it has ingredients listed - it's processed. Be critical about the ingredients.
Now, an easy way to tell good from bad is to look at the ingredients first! If you see the words "Hydrogenated, Modified, Sugar, or High Fructose" in the first 3 (or better 5) ingredients - it's a food that feeds fat more then it feeds you. Don't buy it. This includes drinks too!
Sounds easy, but it's pretty challenging at first. Almost like trying to find clothes not made in China it seems.
Also, eating is only part of your weight problem. You need to MOVE more too! Dieting is foolish and pointless without exersize. You need to increase your metabolism. Workouts do this, and more lean muscle will keep it high. Less food, and you'll have less energy to create the lean muscle you need. Get it? One without the other...dumb dumb dumb.,
