Whats A Good Diet/weight Loss Regiment For Me? Much Obliged! =]?
by admin - July 13th, 2010. Filed under: Natural Weight Loss.alrighty. recently, I’ve become very uncomfortable with my body. I’m about 20 pounds above the weight I’d like to be. (at 4′11 and at 116 pounds, I’m considered overweight)
is there any diet/product/regime that will help me lose this weight ASAP? what has worked for you in the past?
Please note that the life I lead is very hectic, leaving me barely any time for exercise. I am not doing this to please anyone, I just want to feel good about myself again.

Everyone in America is looking for a quick fix to their weight loss. They want to take a magic pill and have all their problems go away. The truth is the best/safest/and most efficient way to lose weight is to diet and exercise. I realize, that like many Americans, you don’t have much time to exercise. What about the 30 min you spend watching TV when you get home from work? Or the extra sandwich you ate for lunch? The math is simple. You need to consume less calories than you expend in to lose weight. Taking a pill is very unhealthy and can have very serious side effects. The weight you lose is water weight when you take a pill and you will (I guarantee it) gain it back. Because taking a pill doesn’t change ur habits. Everyone knows what it takes to lose weight (diet and exercise) but few ppl actually have the determination and will to do it.
Studies have proven that you can lose weight by taking extreme measures such as pills, extreme diets, or extreme exercise. But, you will ALWAYS put the weight back on because you need to change your lifestyle habits and not look for a corner to cut. I know this to be true because two years ago I lost 40 lbs. I’ve tried everything in the book and I know the only way to do it and keep it off is through hard work. There is no substitute.

No Dairy Products
One such guilty ingredient are dairy products such as yoghurt and milk.
However, if you want to lose weight quickly then you need to forget about these. They simply pack too much fat and calories so leave them in the fridge when preparing your shake.
No Added Sugar Or Sweeteners
Avoid adding any sugar. Again these are just super concentrated high glycaemic index calories.
Fruits With Stones
These are the best for shakes because they contain a high gylcaemic index.
Berries
Berries are excellent for making quick weight loss shakes. They are low on calories but high in flavour.
Go Easy On The Juice
So drinking a small glass of juice is like eating 5 oranges but without getting all the nutrition.
