		<description>I&#039;m a Certified Fitness Trainer and I know my stuff! For one, cut out any fast food. The chemicals that go into it would scar you if you knew. Don&#039;t starve yourself or anything like that. Try to eat six small meals throughout your day, it will speed up your metabolism. If you do a least one thing in the form of exercise.......WALK...at least an hour a day. As you become accustomed to it, speed up the pace of your walks. Walking fast burns more calories that jogging because it&#039;s harder to do. Well, since I have to make a living there is only so much info i can share you know. But I promise you if you do those things alone you&#039;ll get terrific results! I got lots more stuff but then I&#039;d have to charge a little something lol. Good Luck!</description>
