PLAN ON JOINING THE ARMY.NEED A QUICK WEIGHT LOSS REG.

    Low carb diet coupled with exercise will result in weight loss as fast as anything safe can. Consume plenty of protein and veggies or your body will also consume muscle mass. I lost 30 lbs in two months. The first week is tough because you will really crave carbs, but after a week it isn’t hard.
    Good luck with the Army. It is a good life and lots of career opportunities. See if you can get in the 4th Division… good division.
