It sounds like the amount of calories you are taking in is ok, if you could reduce it a little it wouldn&#039;t hurt but don&#039;t go overboard. The reason you are not seeing as much results is also due to your amount of exercise. You should be exercising 5-6 days a week to get maximum results. (for 60-90minutes/day) If you are trying to lose weight you should be doing cardio 5 days a week for 1 hour and incorporate weight training to tone your body as you shed weight and body fat. You should do weight training every other day to give your muscles a break and allow them to recover. Don&#039;t forget to stretch before every workout to insure your body from injury. Drinking 5 liters of ice-water every day can sum up to 40 grams fat burned every day. Calculate that for a month and you lose a kg just because of drinking colder water. But I think the quality of the food you take is most important. A basic rule: never short chained carbohydrates (sugar, bread, everything that was worked a lot on for production) with fat. The short carbohydrates will make you store the fat, as they release insulin in your body. So, no Coca Cola together with a Burger. If you eat a burger, take no ketchup or any other sauce, try to take it with whole grain bread.
