Is There A Weight Loss Pill That Works For Someone Who Has Always Been Over Weight?

by admin - December 24th, 2009. Filed under: Natural Weight Loss.

Any ideas for a weight loss product that works? I cannot take anything with Ephedra. Also, I take anti-depressants, so nothing that contradcits with that. No “diet and exercise” tips please. I already know all that. Really. Been there, done that.

Have you been checked out for hypoglycemia? That is what put the weight on me, even though I was eating normal sized portions and exercising.
If it is due to hypoglycemia (one of the pre-diabetic conditions), then no pill will do it for you, if you still eat the “American” diet.

If you take anti-depressants – ask to be switched to one that can help with weight-loss, such as Effexor.

I wouldn’t recommend taking any types of weight loss pills without first talking to your doctor about possible drug interractions. Weight loss pills, however, will not work unless you combine them with a healthy diet and exercise. Diet pills are so overrated. You can take a multivitamin and accomplish the same thing if you’re eating right and working out consistently. Good luck and take care!
