The one I found to work the best is Tetrazene. It gives me the energy, plus really helps me drop weight (I do watch what I eat as well), and it doesn't upset my stomach like some of the other supplements out there. I didn't find it any of the vitamin or GNC stores so I ordered it off of bodybuilding.com. I read a lot about it first in one of the numerous magazines I get at home.
