Help With Weight Loss?!?!!?
by admin - January 31st, 2010. Filed under: Natural Weight Loss.Hi, im 5ft7in and a size 10(UK). I undertake regular exercise (about 6 hours of sport a week, not including walking places etc) and eat way below the GDA for calories for a woman (averagely I consume 1000 calories a day). Still, I find it really difficult to shed weight, I am slightly pear shaped and just want to lose some from my hips and thighs. I have always been slim, but went up to a size 12 about a year ago, I obviously have gone back to a 10, but seem to have plateaued. My friends say that this is probably my natural weight and that I shouldn’t worry about being curvy, but I just want to have better proportions, can anyone give me advice? Anyone been in a similar situation? Thanks!

It looks like you’re not eating nearly enough! Food promotes a fast and healthy metabolism! So help yourself and google “daily calorie intake”. I promise you it will work. It sounds like backwards logic but I had the same problem, I lowered my calories significantly and hit a plateau and then I bumped my calories up real high and I started losing weight again!

It’s all about living a healthy lifestyle and the weight will come off
I hope this helps you!
