Solo is correct. The book is full of misinformation and more likely to cause harm than healing

This my opinion, but I believe Kevin Trudeaus is a total “rip-off!” His book talks more about controversy and government scandals than true methods and cures for the medical conditions he claims he can cure. Also, once you get the book, you need to pay more money for his website or other monthly journals.
I believe he preys on the fears of the public and create false hopes for the people without many options to make people purchase his book.
My advice, eat healthier, exercises more. Simple law of universe, burn more calories than you eat to lose weight.

Yes, I am currently reading the book and have tried doing some of the things that he has suggested doing for quick weight loss. I am currently doing the colon cleanse and using a candida cleanse as well. I haven’t been using them long enough to see huge results but I have noticed a diffrence when trying my clothes on. They do seem to fit less snug.
