It’s not willpower or a magic pill that will help you lose weight…it is changing your lifestyle and getting rid of your bad habits and replacing them with new ones. Eat healthier, drink lots of water and walking. That’s how I lost 41 lbs. so far…and counting!
I also highly recommend you read Dr. Phil’s “Weight Loss Solutions” it helped me re program my way of thinking of food. Eat to live…don’t live to eat!
The only pills I’d ever take to effect weightloss is a multivitamin. But I’d take that anyway.
Pills that are designed to make you lose are a short term fix anyway and oftentimes cause more harm than good.
portion control, reduce refined sugar intake, drink lots of water and get some exercise. There is no magic potion! Believe me, I had gastric bypass and still had to follow these steps. It isn’t an easy road.

STACK, hands down! I know at least 4 or 5 people that used it, and lost about 1 pound a day.
STACK comes with a 90 day, money back guarantee.

You don’t need pills… you just need will power. Give up the late night snacks.. and eat less during the day, drink water and excercise.
