Weight loss :: Top 5 Weight loss Ideas

I had a laparoscopy on 8/12/09, and my period came down 2 days later. It lasted for almost two weeks. I took ovulation tests after I stopped bleeding and no positive ovulation tests. I started taking chinese natural weight loss pills and the next day I started spotting. Its been 3 days and its been very little spotting, sometimes brown sumtimes pinkish brown. What could it be? Its only spotting so could it be my period or implantation? Thks

I don’t get it if people say to lose weight you have to eat a balanced healthy diet with lots of fruits and veggies then why would people say that an all fruit diet would not be good for weight loss cuz the fruit has natural sugar. Well if fruit can make you fat then wouldn’t you get fatter eating fruit plus veggies and low fat meals? Also how does something that has sugar even if it is natural sugar good for you?

i forget what it is, but in the radio commercial it dissolves in any drink or something like. im writing a paper and i need the name, i can describe the infomercial…its this guy talking and he mentions that guys eat lots of red meat and fastfoods and produce excess fat and that u cant get rid of wit exercising, i forget what he says about the girls…..just name relatively new weight loss products please thanks ppl

OR, is that just the easiest way out that people take because they cannot do it the natural way?? If your just mildly overweight would anyone here recommend it, or me just eating a healthy controlled portion eating program to real, right way to do it??

Do those adult sauna suits really work?.
my aunt has one and i was reading it and it says it keeps muscles warm and uses your natural body heat to promote water weight loss.Does that mean she will actuall be losing weight?like boby fat?or just water weight?Im confused.btw..those suit are stupid looking.They look like garbage bags.lol
